Warp Amalgamate is excited to announce a new opening for an ARC II Bi-Lingual Manager (Assisting-Relationship-Consult II) position at Omni Proclaim Affairs, our dynamic Event Planning and Management Co. based in Houston, TX. We are searching for a highly motivated individual who wants to dive into the exciting world of event planning.
At Omni Proclaim Affairs, we specialize in crafting impeccably planned and meticulously detailed events. Our mission is "Creating Unforgettable Memories: Everywhere | With Everything | For Everyone." We're looking for someone to join our team who shares this passion. No experience? No problem! We'll provide all the training you need.
In this role, you will manage event production from start to finish ensuring that we continue creating memorable experiences while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, detail-focused, committed to exceptional client service and comfortable with remote work.
This role encompasses all aspects of event planning - cost management, venue scouting, equipment logistics & room setup - as well as managing social media engagement and overseeing the execution of events right down to the smallest details. You'll also have excellent leadership skills essential for delegating responsibilities within your team which we will assist in assembling.
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn about the event planning industry while demonstrating good work ethic and enjoying travel opportunities that come with this role.
Key Objectives:
• Manage all stages of event planning while adhering strictly to deadlines.
• Build relationships with vendors & venues.
• Stay updated on trends in the industry
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements including insurance & health/safety regulations.
• Plan company signature events
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internally & externally during entire planning process
Make decisions about event designs by visiting sites etc.
Manage logistics including contract negotiation etc.
Ensure high-level service throughout an event
Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts
Troubleshoot relationship issues (customers/clients)
Manage or co-manage will-call operation
Mentor your team members
Book consultations for corporate/private/wedding events
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Experience in building positive business relationships
Excellent organizational skills
Ability operate under pressure making quick decisions
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
Marketing or PR experience
Proficient Google Platform usage/event management software knowledge
Flexibility for domestic/international travel
Ability complete Wedding Planning License within 6-months
Shift: A 4-day work week! Off Monday/Sunday/Saturday

Responsibilities:
Coordinate internally & externally during entire planning process.
Research extensively to gather information for Events in RTPs.
Work Various excel/sheets complexes.
Able to work in a quite remote area.
Maintain remote work etiquette (keeping camera on most of the time).
Submit logistics including contract negotiation to management.
Present world class customer service to all incoming call relationships.
Navigate and use a comprehensive database of documents.
Troubleshoot relationship issues (customers/clients) Manage or co-manage will-call operation.
Book consultations for corporate/private/wedding events.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability operate under pressure making quick decisions.
Have required documentation (Government ID) for company sponsored travel.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Proficient in Google Platform.
Ability complete Wedding Planning License within 6-months to 12 months

Shift: A 4-day work week! Off Monday/Sunday/Saturday! Note sometimes we will be at work on Saturday and Sunday at an Event that we are hosting/sponsoring.
